Monday May 3

1.Stretching @ Golden West
2.Warmup: Run to Cutler Park
3. 3 to 5 buttkicks (about 50m)
4. 4x1 mile loop around park (times & number of loops soon)
5. Run back to stadium
6.2 laps barefoot running
7.30 Sabrinas
8.15 bunnyhops

Tuesday May 4

Stretch outsdie stadium
Run Little Mexico or related runs.

Mile Relay practice

Soccor Game - no grass cool downs

Wednesday May 5

Track Meet at Lemoore.  1st race starts @ 4:00.  The bus will probably leave at 2:30?

Thursday May 6

Soccer Game.  Meet outside stadium.  We are running to and around Cutler Park.  Specifics later

Friday May 7

We are meeting in the stadium.

We will be running a tempo run on the levee loop near the bridge.

Do two laps barefoot.  15 bunny hops.  30 Sabrina’s.

Saturday May 8

Run on your own.  If possible try to run Rocky Hill (5 miles)

Sunday May 9

Rest or short run.  Monday we will be running intervals on the track.
